It is very stable and, thanks to the carefully selected wood and natural stain, also weather-resistant. And if winter does come, the foldable hammock stand can be easily stored away.

Material and Workmanship

This hammock stand is made from extremely high-quality ash wood, awarded with a PEFC certificate. This wood is sourced from sustainably managed forests in Austria or the Bavarian region. The short transport routes to the Austrian craft business are a major sustainability factor. Ash wood is known for its robust and durable properties, which are further enhanced by the specially applied stain. Caution is only advised in cases of extreme temperature differences. Wood is a natural product that reacts to environmental influences. Under high temperature fluctuations, the wood can move and change its shape. The wooden frame should therefore be stored dry and protected from frost. After several years of use, the wood should be re-stained.
