Material and workmanship

The solid wood bed 'Sleeping Cave' is made of solid core beech or wild oak. The frame is made of high-quality glued solid wood. This makes the bed very high-quality and extremely durable. The corner joints are very carefully crafted and effectively reinforced with additional screws. This bed is manufactured by experienced craftsmen who are well acquainted with the properties of beech and oak. This creates a high-quality piece of bedroom furniture that will bring its owner much joy thanks to its long service life.

Headboards

Three different headboards are available for this bed. All headboards are made of solid beech or oak and are very high-quality.

Headboard variants

• Solid closed headboard: closed design. The headboard is beautifully divided by vertical slats. Solid wood is built into the panels in between.
  
• Headboard with slats: vertical slats made of solid wood, which make the headboard look very elegant and airy.
  
• Headboard with lattice: The lower area is closed with solid wood. In the upper area, a diamond lattice breaks through the headboard and creates an oriental impression
  

Surface treatment - Variants

We offer this bed in 3 different surface finishes:

• Natural oiled core beech
  
• Natural oiled wild oak
  
• Choco oiled wild oak
  

Bed frame construction

The particularly simple construction is well thought out and allows for easy assembly. This guarantees particularly high stability and a long service life. The corners are held together with dowels and fixed with screws. This connection is very stable and durable.

Slatted bed base

• Bed base depth: 12 cm.
  The bed base depth refers to the dimension from the top edge of the bed frame to the top edge of the slatted bed base.
  
• Continuous slatted bed base support rail
  
• A center rail is included. This makes it possible to use a split slatted bed base.
  
• The slatted bed base should not be screwed to the bed. .
  
• All standard slatted bed bases are suitable for this construction.
  
• The slatted bed base is not included.
